  • 500g/1lb2oz raspberries
  • 500g/1lb2oz redcurrants
  • 250g/9oz icing sugar
  1. Crush and sieve the fruit, then stir in the icing sugar.
  2. Pour into an ice cream machine or make granita style if you don t.
