Randys Easy Jalapeno Cheese Ball Recipe

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar sliced jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
  • 3 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 1/4 cups finely chopped walnuts, divided
  1. Combine cream cheese, jalapeno peppers, Cheddar cheese, and 1/4 cup walnuts in a bowl; mix well. Divide cheese mixture in half and shape into balls or logs.
  2. Roll balls in remaining 2 cups walnuts until well coated. Cover and refrigerate cheese balls until firm, 3 hours to overnight.
