Ramp Dip Recipe

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup minced ramps (wild leeks)
  1. Mix Neufchatel cheese and mayonnaise in a bowl; fold minced ramps into the cheese mixture. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 6 hours.
