Raisin Farfel Kugel – Developed Version Recipe

  • 2 cups farfel
  • 1 1/2 cups cholesterol-free egg product
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons fat free margarine spread
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. Soak farfel in water 10 minutes. Drain.
  3. Mix egg substitute into the bowl of farfel, and let stand 10 minutes. Stir in raisins, salt, SPLENDA(R), cinnamon, and margarine. Transfer mixture to prepared dish.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 50 to 60 minutes.
