- 8-10 radishes, finely sliced
- 1 large cucumber, finely sliced
- 1 mooli, same size as cucumber, finely sliced
- 1 small green papaya, peeled and chopped
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 apple, chopped
- 2-3 spring onions, sliced
- small handful fresh mint leaves
- small handful coriander leaves
- olive oil, to taste
- 1 lime, juice only
- Combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Drizzle with olive oil and add lime juice to serve.
