- 4 ounces Archer Farms™ Frozen Portabello Mushroom & Two Cheese Beef Patties
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can Market Pantry™ Beef Gravy
- 1/4 cup Market Pantry™ Sour Cream
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef patties for 6 to 7 minutes per side until browned and internal temperature is 165 degrees F; remove from skillet.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add gravy, sour cream, thyme and half of the chives to skillet; heat until bubbly. Return beef patties to skillet and heat through. Top with remaining chives.
