Quick Chocolate Pudding Recipe

  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup dark cocoa powder
  • 1 (4 ounce) bar semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon whiskey (optional)
  1. Stir milk, sugar, and cornstarch together in a saucepan; stirring continually, bring to a boil. Add cocoa powder, chopped chocolate, cinnamon, and whiskey to the milk mixture; cook and stir until thick, about 5 minutes. Pour into a casserole or baking dish.
  2. Refrigerate until cold.
