Quick and Easy Layered Mexican Dip Recipe

  • 1 (8 ounce) package Market Pantry™ cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (16 ounce) can La Preferida® refried beans with jalapenos or refried beans
  • 8 ounces refrigerated guacamole
  • 1/2 cup Market Pantry™ finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped white onion, rinsed with water
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 (20 ounce) package Archer Farms™ white or yellow corn tortilla chips
  1. In medium bowl, mix cream cheese until smooth. Stir in beans; mix until smooth.
  2. Spread bean mixture into 9-inch pie pan or shallow casserole dish. Spread guacamole over bean mixture. Top with remaining ingredients. Serve with chips.
