- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 plum tomato, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sliced pitted ripe olives
- 1 teaspoon capers, drained
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 BOCA Meatless Italian Sausage
- 1 sandwich roll, partially split
- COOK sausage as directed on package. Meanwhile, heat oil in small saucepan on medium-high heat.
- ADD tomato, olives, capers, garlic and red pepper flakes; cook 2 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- FILL roll with sausage; top with tomato mixture.
