- 1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground dried ginger
- 2 (1 gram) packets sugar substitute
- Mix together all the ingredients and chill. Scoop into dessert bowls or hollowed-out mini-pumpkins and serve.
