Pumpkin Shake Recipe

  • 4 cubes ice, or more if desired
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/3 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 frozen banana, cut into chunks
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground ginger
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. Blend ice, milk, pumpkin puree, yogurt, banana, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and vanilla in a blender until smooth.
