Pudding with Cornflakes Recipe

  • 4 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 4 1/2 cups cornflakes cereal
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup dark molasses
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine milk, cereal, brown sugar, molasses and eggs. Mix until eggs are well incorporated. Pour into a 9×13 inch baking dish. Dot with butter.
  3. Bake in preheated oven 40 minutes, until set.
