Pretzel-Crusted Honey-Mustard Chicken Recipe

  • Cooking spray
  • 4 (4-ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 2 cups pretzel pieces
  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray. Season both sides of chicken with salt and black pepper. Brush honey mustard all over chicken. Place pretzel pieces in a large freezer bag and mash with a meat mallet or heavy rolling pin until pieces become coarse crumbs. Add chicken to bag and turn to coat both sides. Transfer chicken to prepared pan and spray the surface with cooking spray. Bake 30 to 40 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
