Prawn lollipops Recipe
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 king prawns, shells removed, de-veined
- 4 small wooden skewers
- 1 orange, cut in half
- handful chervil, to serve
- For the marinade, place the honey, lemon juice, sesame seeds and olive oil in a small bowl and whisk until combined.
- For the prawns, put the prepared prawns in the bowl, coat with the marinade and leave for five minutes. Remove and thread one prawn onto each of the four skewers.
- Heat a griddle pan and place the prawn skewers in the pan for 2-3 minutes each side, or until they are pink and cooked through.
- Place one half of the orange in the centre of a plate and arrange the chervil around the edge.
- To serve, stick the ends of the skewers into the orange half.
