- 200g/7oz ready-made prawn crackers
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp runny honey
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
- Place all of the dipping sauce ingredients into a small bowl and mix well.
- To serve, place the prawn crackers onto a plate with the dipping sauce in a bowl alongside.
