- 3 1/2 cups instant mashed potato flakes
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 (3 ounce) can bacon bits
- 1 pound mild Cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Prepare potatoes according to package directions.
- Add sour cream and bacon bits; mix well.
- Place in a 9×13 inch baking dish and top with cheese; bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
