Potato Casserole II Recipe

  • 3 1/2 cups instant mashed potato flakes
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 (3 ounce) can bacon bits
  • 1 pound mild Cheddar cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Prepare potatoes according to package directions.
  3. Add sour cream and bacon bits; mix well.
  4. Place in a 9×13 inch baking dish and top with cheese; bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
