Pot-Luck Pasta Recipe

  • 2 (15 ounce) cans Spaghetti-O's
  • 1/2 pound extra-lean ground beef
  • 1 (8 ounce) can peas
  • 1/3 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Put the meat in a 1-quart, stovetop-safe casserole dish and cook it over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Dump in the Spaghetti-O's, peas, sour cream, and onion powder. Bake for 20 minutes.
