Post-workout Energy Drink Recipe

  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 3/4 cup egg substitute
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  1. In a blender, combine the yogurt and egg substitute. Break up and add the banana. Add sugar. Blend on low until smooth. Gradually move to a higher setting and puree for one minute.
