Pork Tenderloin with Mango Peach Avocado Salsa Recipe

  • Pork:
  • 27 1/4 ounces pork loin fillet
  • 1/2 tablespoon Market Pantry vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Archer Farms garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Archer Farms poultry and meat seasoning
  • Salad:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package Archer Farms refrigerated mango peach salsa
  • 1 medium ripe avocado, diced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, coarsely chopped
  1. Heat broiler. Line baking sheet with foil. Place pork on foil, brush with oil, and sprinkle with garlic salt and seasoning.
  2. Broil 10 minutes. Turn pork over and broil an additional 7-9 minutes or until inside temperature reaches 150 degrees F. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
  3. Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine salsa ingredients. Serve with sliced pork.
