Pork Medallions with Parmesan Herb Butter Recipe

  • 1 (18 ounce) package thin center cut boneless pork chops
  • 3 tablespoons Archer Farms™ lemon pepper Parmesan butter
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  1. Heat grill. Brush chops with olive oil and season with salt.
  2. Place pork chops on grill over medium heat. Cover and cook 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, until well browned and no longer pink inside.
  3. Meanwhile, stir remaining ingredients in small bowl. Top grilled pork chops with dollops of Parmesan herb butter.
