  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 110g/4oz pork fillet, thinly sliced
  • 55g/2oz purple sprouting broccoli, chopped
  • ½tin water chestnuts, diced
  • ½red pepper, de-seeded and sliced
  • 2 baby leeks, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  1. Heat the oil in a wok. Add the pork and cook for two to three minutes.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and sauté for another five minutes.
  3. Transfer to a dish and serve warm.
