- 1 tbsp oil
- 110g/4oz pork fillet, thinly sliced
- 55g/2oz purple sprouting broccoli, chopped
- ½tin water chestnuts, diced
- ½red pepper, de-seeded and sliced
- 2 baby leeks, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Heat the oil in a wok. Add the pork and cook for two to three minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients and sauté for another five minutes.
- Transfer to a dish and serve warm.
