Pork Chops with Apples and Stuffing Recipe

  • 1 (6 ounce) package STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
  • 1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling
  • 6 (4 ounce) boneless pork loin chops, 3/4 inch thick
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package.
  2. Spread pie filling onto bottom of 13×9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with chops and stuffing. Cover with foil.
  3. Bake 30 min.; uncover. Bake 10 min. or until chops are cooked through (160 degrees F).
