- ½ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon mirin (Japanese sweet cooking wine)
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onion, (including tops)
- In a small bowl, stir together the soy sauce, lemon juice, mirin, and green onion.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve, up to 3 days.
