Ponzu Recipe

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon mirin (Japanese sweet cooking wine)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onion, (including tops)
  1. In a small bowl, stir together the soy sauce, lemon juice, mirin, and green onion.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve, up to 3 days.
