- 1 pound plums (about 4)
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon finely shredded fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- Halve and pit plums. Cut plums into thin wedges and in a bowl toss with remaining ingredients. Chill plum mixture, covered, stirring occasionally, at least 2 hours and up to 8.
