- 4 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 cup uncooked noodles
- 2 cups cooked, diced chicken
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can tomatoes
- Combine the chicken broth, onion, spices, and vegetables in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and then stir in the noodles. Boil for 8 to 10 minutes, or until noodles are tender. Add the chicken and tomatoes and cook until hot.
