- 1 ounce Jose Cuervo Platino® Tequila
- 1/4 ounce simple syrup
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 3 mint leaves
- 2 ounces Champagne
- Combine simple syrup and 2 mint leaves in mixing glass and muddle. Add Jose Cuervo Platino and Angostura Bitters, ice and shake. Strain into a chilled flute or coupe glass.
- Top with champagne and garnish with a mint leaf.
