Platino 96 Recipe

  • 1 ounce Jose Cuervo Platino® Tequila
  • 1/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 2 ounces Champagne
  1. Combine simple syrup and 2 mint leaves in mixing glass and muddle. Add Jose Cuervo Platino and Angostura Bitters, ice and shake. Strain into a chilled flute or coupe glass.
  2. Top with champagne and garnish with a mint leaf.
