- 1 ounce lime juice
- 2 tablespoons superfine sugar
- 3 ounces dark rum
- 4 ounces crushed ice
- Dash Angostura bitters
- Pour lime juice into a cocktail shaker and add sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add rum, ice and bitters and shake vigorously. Pour mixture, unstrained, into a 9-ounce goblet.
