Pizza Recipe

  • 1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 5 cups chopped mixed vegetables (onions, peppers, mushrooms, broccoli)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 4 1/2 ounces Canadian bacon, chopped
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Put pizza dough in 12×8-inch non-stick pan and press it out to the edges. Bake dough until crust just begins to brown. Remove from oven and top with tomatoes, vegetables, cheese, and Canadian bacon. Bake 11 to 15 minutes or until vegetables are hot.
