Pistachio Frosting Recipe

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 cup cold milk, or more as needed
  • 1 (1 ounce) package instant sugar-free pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 cup frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed
  1. Beat cream cheese in a bowl with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy, about 3 minutes. Gradually beat confectioners' sugar into cream cheese. Beat in pudding mix; add milk until desired consistency is reached. Fold in whipped topping.
