Pink Valentine Salad Recipe

  • 1 (15 ounce) can sliced beets, drained and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 (15 ounce) can hearts of palm, drained and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1/4 cup sour cream, or more to taste
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons dried minced onion flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon adobo seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon chile paste (optional)
  1. Combine the beets, hearts of palm, sour cream, garlic, onion flakes, adobo seasoning, and chile paste in a bowl; toss to mix well. Serve immediately or chill.
