Pink Slipper Recipe

  • 1 cup (about 3/4 of 12-ounce can) frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1/2 cup canned cream of coconut (such as Coco-Lopez)
  • 1/2 cup white rum
  • 1 tablespoon grenadine
  • 2 ice cubes
  • Garnish: maraschino cherries
  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in blender and blend mixture until smooth. Pour into glasses. Garnish with cherries.
