Pink Daiquiri Recipe

  • 9 oz white rum (1 cup plus 2 tablespoons)
  • 6 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons grenadine
  • 4 1/2 tablespoons superfine granulated sugar
  • Garnish: lime slices
  1. Stir together all ingredients in a pitcher until sugar is dissolved, then add about 2 cups ice cubes and stir until very cold. Pour daiquiris through a sieve into Martini glasses.
