Pineapple Upside Down Cocktail Recipe

  • ice
  • 1 cup vanilla-flavored vodka (such as Svedka®)
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in vodka, pineapple juice, and half-and-half; cover and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted, about 30 seconds. Strain into 4 martini glasses.
