- 1 1/2 ounces (1 jigger) white rum
- 3 ounces (2 jiggers) unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- Chilled seltzer or club soda
- 1 lime slice for garnish
- In a tall glass combine the rum , the pineapple and lime juices, and 4 ice cubes. Fill the glass with the seltzer and stir the drink. Garnish it with the lime slice.
