Pineapple, Ginger and Peach Smoothie Recipe

  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup 100% whey protein (fat free and lactose free)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups very ripe pineapple, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ginger syrup
  • 2 peaches, peeled, pitted and roughly chopped
  • 1 cup ice
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in the jar of a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
