Pineapple Brulee Recipe

  • 2 cups chopped fresh pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  1. Toss pineapple with ginger. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
  2. Spoon pineapple into shallow heatproof dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Melt sugar using a kitchen torch or under a preheated broiler until bubbly. Serve at once.
