- 2 cups chopped fresh pineapple
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- Toss pineapple with ginger. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
- Spoon pineapple into shallow heatproof dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Melt sugar using a kitchen torch or under a preheated broiler until bubbly. Serve at once.
