- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (28 ounce) can baked beans
- 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 (4.5 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- In a skillet, brown beef; drain. Transfer to a 5-qt. slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and cook on low for 4-8 hours or until bubbly. Serve in bowls.
