- 1 1/2 cups chilled diet lemon-lime soda
- 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/2 cup ice
- 3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- Garnish:
- 4 slices lime
- In a blender, combine the soda, pineapple juice, pineapple, ice, dry milk, lime juice, and coconut extract. Blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with the lime slices.
