- 1 (16 ounce) container vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup sweetened, flaked coconut
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 pineapples, peeled, cored, and cut into 1-inch chunks
- 3 bananas, peeled and sliced
- Whisk together the yogurt, coconut, and coconut milk in a large bowl. Stir in the pineapple and banana. Serve cold.
