Pig in a Poncho Recipe

  • 1 (8 ounce) can corn, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can chili with beans
  • 4 hot dogs
  • 4 (6 inch) tortillas
  • 1/4 cup shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese
  1. Spoon half of the chili into an 8×8-inch baking dish. Roll up each frank in a tortilla. Place the tortillas in the dish and top with the corn, remaining chili, and cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 425 degrees F for 30 minutes.
