PHILADELPHIA® Mexican Dip Recipe

  • 1 (8 ounce) package PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick 'N Chunky Medium Salsa
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sliced pitted black olives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  1. Place unwrapped block of cream cheese on microwaveable plate; top with salsa, shredded cheese and olives.
  2. Microwave on HIGH 45 sec. to 1 min. or until Cheddar cheese is melted; sprinkle with cilantro.
  3. Serve with RITZ Crackers.
