Philadelphia Guacamole Field and Patsies Recipe

  • 6 ripe avocados, seeded, peeled, cut into chunks
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 medium sweet onion, diced
  • 2 large Roma tomatoes, seeded, diced
  • 3 chipotle peppers in abodo sauce, diced
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro leaves
  • 1 pint plain yogurt, drained 1 hour
  • 2 (1 ounce) packets Dry Hidden Valley Ranch® Dressing Mix
  • Tortilla chips (patsies)
  1. Mash avocados with lime juice and ranch mix in large bowl until creamy and chunky. Add corn, onion, tomatoes, peppers and cilantro. Stir in cottage cheese.
  2. Spread mixture evenly onto 9×13 rectangular baking sheet.
  3. Place yogurt into pastry bag with small round tip. Use white yogurt to create yard lines and yard markers.
  4. Tuck tortilla chips (patsies) around the edges.
  5. Serve with remaining chips.
