- 6 ripe avocados, seeded, peeled, cut into chunks
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 medium sweet onion, diced
- 2 large Roma tomatoes, seeded, diced
- 3 chipotle peppers in abodo sauce, diced
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro leaves
- 1 pint plain yogurt, drained 1 hour
- 2 (1 ounce) packets Dry Hidden Valley Ranch® Dressing Mix
- Tortilla chips (patsies)
- Mash avocados with lime juice and ranch mix in large bowl until creamy and chunky. Add corn, onion, tomatoes, peppers and cilantro. Stir in cottage cheese.
- Spread mixture evenly onto 9×13 rectangular baking sheet.
- Place yogurt into pastry bag with small round tip. Use white yogurt to create yard lines and yard markers.
- Tuck tortilla chips (patsies) around the edges.
- Serve with remaining chips.
