Pesto With a Twist Recipe

  • 2 cups wild garlic cloves
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  1. Pulse garlic, basil, avocado oil, and olive oil in a food processor until garlic and basil are roughly chopped. Add Parmesan cheese and pine nuts; process until a smooth paste forms. Season with salt and black pepper.
