- 1 (16 ounce) package Archer Farms™ Mezzi Tubetti pasta
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen cooked shrimp, thawed, tails removed, cut in half
- 1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced ripe olives drained
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup basil pesto sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Cook pasta as directed on package. Run under cold water to cool completely; drain.
- Meanwhile, toss shrimp, olives, tomatoes, onion, pesto and mayonnaise in large bowl. Gently stir in cooled pasta. Season to taste with salt.
