- 1 (10 ounce) package spinach, stems trimmed
- 1 cup lightly packed fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 2 teaspoons Morton® Nature's Seasons® Seasoning Blend
- 1 teaspoon Morton® Garlic Salt
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1 (16 ounce) package spinach fettuccine
- Onion (to your taste)
- Cooked chicken, cubed
- In food processor, combine spinach, parsley, seasonings, basil, and olive oil. Blend until pureed into a pesto sauce.
- Prepare fettuccine according to package directions; drain. Toss with pesto until fettuccine is completely coated. Add chicken.
