Pesto Bread Recipe

  • 1 (7 ounce) container BUITONI® Refrigerated Pesto with Basil
  • 1 French baguette, cut in half lengthwise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Sliced plum tomatoes (optional)
  1. PREHEAT broiler.
  2. SPREAD pesto over bread; sprinkle evenly with cheese. Top with tomatoes. Place on baking sheet.
  3. BROIL for 1 to 2 minutes or until bread is crisp and cheese is melted. Cut into pieces.
