Persimmon Salad with Prosciutto and Walnuts Recipe

  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 (5 ounce) bag O Organics™ Mixed Baby Greens
  • 1 ripe Fuyu persimmon
  • Safeway SELECT Premium Collection Balsamic Vinaigrette (chilled in the Produce department)
  • 2 slices Primo Taglio Prosciutto
  1. In a bowl, toss chopped walnuts with O Organics(TM) Mixed Baby Greens. Slice the Fuyu persimmon into small segments; add to salad. Toss with Safeway SELECT(TM) Premium Collection Balsamic Vinaigrette. Serve salad on individual plates or bowls, each serving topped with 1 slice Primo Taglio Prosciutto.
