- 4 (4 ounce) Italian sausages
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 (2 ounce) jar mild peppers
- 1 (8 ounce) jar mustard (yellow or spicy)
- 4 long rolls
- Set grill to medium heat; cook sausages till brown in middle, making sure to poke holes in the skin to allow steam to escape.
- Dice onions; set rolls open face down on top shelf of grill to toast.
- Put sausages in toasted rolls; add onions, mild peppers and mustard. Feast!
