Perfect Grilled Italian Sausage Recipe

  • 4 (4 ounce) Italian sausages
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 (2 ounce) jar mild peppers
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar mustard (yellow or spicy)
  • 4 long rolls
  1. Set grill to medium heat; cook sausages till brown in middle, making sure to poke holes in the skin to allow steam to escape.
  2. Dice onions; set rolls open face down on top shelf of grill to toast.
  3. Put sausages in toasted rolls; add onions, mild peppers and mustard. Feast!
