- 1 pound Log House Almond Bark (chocolate or vanilla)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable shortening
- 1/2 cup peppermint crunch baking chips
- MELT almond bark and shortening in large mixing bowl.
- STIR in peppermint crunch baking chips quickly (do not over mix).
- SPREAD mixture to 1/4-inch thickness on aluminum foil or waxed paper. When hard, break into pieces.
