Pepper and Seed-Crusted Goat Cheese Log Recipe

  • 4 ounces fresh goat cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Pepper-Seed Mix (recipe follows)
  • 24 Keebler® Toasteds® Crackers
  1. Mix goat cheese and cream cheese in small bowl until blended. Lightly coat a sheet of wax paper with nonstick spray. Spoon cheese mixture on center of sheet. Roll cheese back and forth in paper to form a log about 8-inches long and 1 1/2-inches in diameter.
  2. Wrap airtight and chill for 1 hour or up to 2 days. Just before serving, roll log in pepper-seed mix. Serve log whole, on a platter, with Toasteds(R). Or cut log into slices (about 1/4-inch) and place on Toasteds(R) to serve.
